The Seated Row is a professional plate-loaded strength machine designed to effectively train the middle and lower back muscles in a seated position. The machine features two independent load arms, which promote balanced muscle development. As a result, each side of the back works individually, helping to prevent strength imbalances.

Adjustable Setup for Optimal Positioning

The Seated Row includes an adjustable seat and adjustable chest pad. Users can easily set the correct starting position before training. Consequently, the machine supports proper posture and consistent form during every repetition.

Two anti-slip grip options provide variation in hand positioning. In addition, support handles enhance stability when entering or exiting the machine.

Plate-Loaded Resistance with Full Control

The machine is equipped with two load sleeves for Ø50 mm weight plates, allowing users to adjust resistance according to their strength level. Moreover, plate-loaded resistance enables progressive overload without limitations from a fixed weight stack.

A weight plate storage pin is mounted on each side of the frame. Therefore, plates remain organized and easily accessible during training.

The guided movement path ensures stable and controlled motion throughout the exercise. At the same time, the independent arms create a natural pulling arc, which reduces unnecessary joint strain and improves training comfort.

The frame is constructed from solid commercial-grade steel with a laser-cut FITNESS360 logo. The seat upholstery uses durable, wear-resistant material with heat-printed branding. All grips and adjustment components feature black or chrome finishes, reinforcing the clean and minimalist design of the FITNESS360 plate-loaded range.

The Seated Row comes standard with a black frame and black upholstery. However, Fitness360 offers optional alternative frame and seat colors. As a result, facilities can match the machine to their branding or interior design.
