The barbell moves along a guided and slightly angled track, which supports a natural movement pattern. As a result, the machine reduces strain on joints while maintaining proper biomechanics.

Adjustable Safety and Locking System

The Smith Machine includes 10 hook positions, allowing users to rack the bar at multiple heights. Consequently, the machine adapts easily to exercises such as squats, bench presses, shoulder presses, and lunges.

In addition, the machine features two adjustable safety stops, which act as a locking mechanism for the bar. This system enhances training safety and provides confidence during heavier lifts.

Compatibility with Ø50 mm Weight Plates

The integrated barbell fits Ø50 mm weight plates, offering full compatibility with Olympic plates. Moreover, the rack includes six built-in weight plate storage holders — three on each side — to keep plates organized and accessible during training.
