The DK-Sea Safety acquisition takes effect on 1 October 2026, bringing the company into Square1 Nordic alongside Marine Technic and MariTeam
At Marine Technic, we supply technical solutions and equipment to the maritime industry. With DK-Sea Safety joining the group, we gain further expertise in the sale and authorised servicing of maritime lifesaving and safety equipment.
Based in Fredericia and Jægerspris, Denmark, DK-Sea Safety serves both commercial and private customers. The company supplies and services liferafts, lifejackets, immersion suits, pyrotechnics and emergency beacons, and also offers recovery solutions and RIB boats.
Hagen Nissen will remain with DK-Sea Safety following the acquisition. The first priority will be to ensure continuity for employees, customers and business partners, building on the company’s existing expertise and relationships.
In the longer term, there will be opportunities to share expertise, resources and experience across the group where this adds value for our customers.
