The 1SEA Ultrasonic Cleaner MT165 gives the onboard workshop a 100 litre working volume and 800 W effective ultrasonic power. Its wider basket and larger tank offer additional space compared with the MT76 for shipboard cleaning tasks, including metal screens.

A larger working volume for marine maintenance
The V2A stainless steel tank and housing are combined with 37 kHz ultrasonic cleaning. Sweep mode supports uniform cleaning, while pulse mode is available for stubborn deposits. Adjustable heating covers 30–80 °C, and the LED display shows set and actual values.
Is the MT165 the right size?
Choose the MT165 when the cleaning task calls for more working volume or a wider basket. The 585 × 410 × 240 mm basket should be checked against the actual components, while the 740 × 730 mm footprint helps determine the installation space needed.
Equipment supplied and operating features
The MT165 includes a support frame, stainless steel basket and stainless steel cover. A slanted tank floor supports draining after use. Ultrasound starts automatically when the preset temperature is reached.
Automatic safety switch-off after 12 hours of operation or at 90 °C helps prevent unintended continuous operation and overheating.
