Description

The CS2000 Oily Water Separator is a robust and efficient bilge water treatment system, engineered to ensure IMO MEPC 107(49) compliance with a discharge standard of <5 ppm oil content. This system is designed for continuous operation in demanding maritime environments, offering reliable oil separation from bilge water with minimal maintenance requirements.

The three-stage filtration process consists of:

  • Hi-VOR (High Viscosity Oil Removal) primary separation unit for large oil droplets.
  • Coalescer element for further free oil removal.
  • Adsorption Granular Media (AGM) filter to capture emulsified oil particles.

Built from marine-grade 316 stainless steel, the CS2000 is corrosion-resistant and durable, making it suitable for offshore installations and vessels operating in extreme conditions. The system’s compact design and easy-access servicing reduce downtime and installation complexity.
