CS5000 – Oily Water Separator (5.0 m³/hr Capacity)

The CS5000 Oily Water Separator is the largest capacity unit in the Victor Marine OWS range, engineered for super tankers, ULCCs, and offshore facilities requiring high-efficiency bilge water treatment. With a processing capacity of 5.0 m³/hr, this system ensures efficient removal of oil from bilge water, maintaining effluent discharge levels below 5 ppm, in compliance with IMO MEPC 107(49).

Utilizing three-stage separation, the CS5000 offers superior performance, including:

• Hi-VOR primary oil separation system for bulk oil removal.
• Advanced coalescer filtration to capture fine oil particles.
• AGM filtration to eliminate emulsified hydrocarbons.

Built with 316 stainless steel, this system is corrosion-resistant, durable, and designed for continuous operation. Its user-friendly control interface enables automatic operation, reducing manual monitoring requirements.
