It uses air resistance with 10 adjustable levels, which allows users to increase or decrease resistance based on training intensity. As a result, the commercial rowing machine supports both endurance workouts and high-intensity interval training.

An intuitive LCD display presents essential training data in real time. Users can follow time, distance, speed, pace, calories, intervals, and watts throughout the session. The display includes Bluetooth connectivity, which allows connection to the Kinomap app or a compatible heart rate belt (not included). This adds motivation and supports structured training.
