The Glute Ham Developer (GHD) from Fitness360 is a heavy duty commercial grade training bench designed to strengthen the lower back, glutes, hamstrings, and core. Built for serious strength environments, this GHD delivers maximum stability, adjustability, and durability.

Fitness360 developed this Glute Ham Developer for commercial gyms, training facilities, CrossFit boxes, and quality-conscious private users. Thanks to its robust 75 x 75 mm steel construction and wide base design, the bench remains extremely stable — even during explosive and high-intensity training.

With a strong steel frame in 3 mm and 6 mm thickness, this GHD is built to last for years of demanding use.

Fully Adjustable for Every User

The Glute Ham Developer features an adjustable footplate system that allows precise positioning:

• 10 forward/backward adjustment options

• 5 height adjustment settings

As a result, you can quickly tailor the bench to different body types, exercises, and training goals. The non-slip footplate pattern ensures secure positioning, while thick vinyl-coated pads provide comfort and durability during every repetition.

Built for Strength, Stability and Resistance Training

The wide base construction increases stability and prevents unwanted movement. Therefore, you can confidently perform:

• Glute ham raises

• Back extensions

• Sit-ups and core exercises

• Nordic curls

• Resistance band training

Six elastic band pins are mounted at the front of the base. This allows you to add progressive resistance using training bands. You can also increase intensity by incorporating weight plates or medicine balls into your exercises.

Easy Mobility Despite Heavy Construction

Although the GHD weighs 84 kg and offers commercial-level robustness, integrated rear wheels make it easy to move when needed. This gives you flexibility without sacrificing stability.

All pads are coated in high-quality vinyl for long-term durability and easy maintenance. The steel frame features Fitness360’s signature laser-cut detailing and professional finish.
