CS0500 Lite – Oily Water Separator (0.5 m³/hr Capacity)

The CS0500 Lite Oily Water Separator is a cost-effective and space-saving bilge water treatment solution, engineered for small vessels and marine applications where a compact system is required. With a processing capacity of 0.5 m³/hr, this unit efficiently separates oil, sludge, and hydrocarbons from bilge water, ensuring effluent discharge below 5 ppm oil content, in full compliance with IMO MEPC 107(49) regulations.

Despite its lighter and more compact design, the CS0500 Lite retains the same three-stage separation process found in larger models:

• Primary separation using Hi-VOR (High Viscosity Oil Removal) technology for bulk oil removal.
• Coalescer filtration to capture fine oil droplets.
• Adsorption Granular Media (AGM) filtration to eliminate emulsified hydrocarbons.

Constructed from marine-grade 316 stainless steel, the CS0500 Lite is corrosion-resistant and built for longevity. It features user-friendly operation with simple controls, allowing manual or automatic operation with minimal maintenance requirements.
