CS0500 – Oily Water Separator (0.5 m³/hr Capacity)

The CS0500 Oily Water Separator is a high-performance bilge water treatment system, engineered for fishing vessels, tugs, offshore support vessels, and patrol craft. With a processing capacity of 0.5 m³/hr, this unit ensures effective removal of oil from bilge water, discharging effluent below 5 ppm oil content, well within IMO MEPC 107(49) standards.

The three-stage separation process includes:

• Hi-VOR (High Viscosity Oil Removal) system for initial sludge and oil separation.
• Oleophilic coalescing filter element for free oil removal.
• Adsorption Granular Media (AGM) filtration to eliminate emulsified oils.
