Description

The CS3000 Oily Water Separator is a high-capacity bilge water treatment solution, designed for vessels operating under strict environmental regulations. With a processing capacity of 3.0 m³/hr, this system efficiently removes oil, sludge, and hydrocarbons from bilge water, ensuring <5 ppm oil content discharge in full compliance with IMO MEPC 107(49).

The advanced three-stage filtration system features:

  • High-efficiency primary separation to remove large oil droplets.
  • Coalescer filtration for additional free oil removal.
  • Adsorption Granular Media (AGM) filter to capture emulsified oil and ensure water purity.

Manufactured using high-grade 316 stainless steel, the CS3000 is resistant to saltwater corrosion and extreme marine conditions. It offers a user-friendly control system, allowing for automatic monitoring and easy maintenance.
