CS4000 – Oily Water Separator (4.0 m³/hr Capacity)

The CS4000 Oily Water Separator is a high-efficiency bilge water treatment system, designed for large vessels and offshore installations requiring continuous and compliant oily water separation. With a processing capacity of 4.0 m³/hr, this unit provides fast and effective separation, ensuring oil discharge levels remain well below 5 ppm as per IMO MEPC 107(49) standards.

This three-stage separation technology guarantees optimal removal of free, dispersed, and emulsified oil, using:

• Primary separation via Hi-VOR technology for large oil droplet extraction.
• Coalescer filtration to capture fine oil particles.
• Adsorption Granular Media (AGM) filtration to remove emulsified oil.

The CS4000 is constructed with a stainless steel casing, offering exceptional resistance to corrosion and mechanical wear, ensuring long-term durability in harsh maritime environments.
