A high-performance air-driven gas freeing fan, delivering 9,500 m³/hr airflow, designed for hazardous areas requiring compressed air-powered ventilation.
The VP950A Air-Driven Gas Freeing Fan is a robust and highly efficient ventilation system, engineered for gas-freeing operations in confined spaces and explosion-prone environments. With an airflow capacity of 9,500 m³/hr, this unit ensures rapid ventilation and removal of toxic vapors, enhancing operational safety and compliance with IMO and SOLAS regulations.
Unlike water-driven models, the VP950A utilizes compressed air, making it ideal for vessels where water supply may be limited. The lightweight yet durable construction features an ATEX-approved non-sparking aluminum LM6 impeller, ensuring safe operation in flammable atmospheres.
Designed for flexible and portable deployment, the VP950A operates at 5.5 – 7 kg/cm² air pressure, providing efficient airflow control and low noise emissions (92 dB @1m). Its direct in-line drive system eliminates gearbox-related maintenance issues, while the 316 stainless steel casing ensures exceptional corrosion resistance in marine environments.
