IronGlow EX LED Explosion-Proof Marine Light

The IronGlow EX LED Explosion-Proof Marine Light is designed for hazardous locations where certified lighting is required. Engineers developed this luminaire for marine and industrial environments with explosive gas or dust. As a result, it supports safe operation in demanding installations worldwide.

The luminaire is approved for Zone 2 (gas) and Zone 21/22 (dust). It complies with the following classifications:
Gas: Ex nR IIC T6/T5 Gc
Dust: Ex tb IIIC T80°C / T95°C Db IP66

IronGlow EX delivers strong and even illumination. It offers power ratings from 20W to 100W and luminous output from 3,200 to 16,000 lumens, depending on configuration. Therefore, it works well for both general lighting and task lighting. Users can select symmetrical or asymmetrical optics to control light distribution. In addition, clear or opal diffusers are available.

The housing uses reinforced polycarbonate with integrated cooling profiles. This construction resists impact, corrosion, and aggressive substances. Moreover, the luminaire achieves IP66 protection and IK08 impact resistance, which ensures reliable performance in harsh environments.

IronGlow EX operates in extreme conditions. Depending on configuration, it supports an ambient temperature range from –40°C to +60°C. Consequently, it performs well in cold climates and hot industrial zones. All components meet the IEC 60079 series, which supports global compliance.

The luminaire supports 230V AC or 24V DC supply options. It also offers 1–10V dimming for flexible light control. For critical areas, users can select an emergency lighting version. This version provides up to 3 hours of emergency operation and remains fully ATEX certified.
