The Newark ATEX LED Floodlight is designed for hazardous locations where certified lighting is required. Engineers developed this floodlight for marine and heavy industrial environments that demand safe and stable performance. As a result, operators can use it confidently in areas with explosive gas or dust.

The floodlight delivers 150W of high-output LED light and uses asymmetric optics to control light distribution. Therefore, it lights large working areas while reducing glare and unwanted light spill. Users can select 4000K or 5000K color temperature to match visual and operational needs.

The housing uses a low-copper aluminum alloy and features a marine-grade powder coating. This design protects the luminaire against corrosion, salt spray, and harsh weather. In addition, the hot-dip galvanized mounting bracket provides strong mechanical support and long service life in exposed installations.

The Newark floodlight supports continuous operation in extreme environments. It operates reliably within a temperature range from –40°C to +65°C, depending on configuration. Consequently, it performs well in cold climates, hot industrial zones, and outdoor marine locations.

The luminaire includes IP66 ingress protection and IK08 impact resistance, which protect it from water, dust, and mechanical stress. Integrated 10kV surge protection and a high-quality constant-current driver ensure stable electrical performance.
