FBBR 50 – Sewage Treatment Plant (Up to 50 Persons)

The FBBR 50 Sewage Treatment Plant is the largest model in Victor Marine’s FBBR series, engineered for superior wastewater treatment in high-demand marine environments. Handling up to 50 persons on board, this system provides powerful, continuous sewage treatment, keeping your vessel compliant with IMO MEPC 227(64) discharge regulations.

This unit is designed for large-scale applications, including:

✔ Superyachts and commercial tankers

It follows the same three-stage treatment process as smaller models but on a much larger scale:

1. Fixed Bed Biofilm Reactor (FBBR) – Organic waste is efficiently broken down by biological treatment, reducing harmful pollutants.
2. Settlement Chamber with Tube Settlers – Solids are removed efficiently, ensuring clean discharge.
3. Chlorination & Dechlorination – The final step sterilizes the water before neutralization and discharge.

The FBBR 50 is designed for heavy-duty, long-term operation, featuring high-quality 316 stainless steel construction for superior corrosion resistance and durability. It is fully automated, requiring little to no manual intervention, making it ideal for high-traffic vessels and remote offshore locations.
