The FBBR 30 Sewage Treatment Plant is a high-efficiency wastewater treatment system, perfect for larger vessels and offshore facilities needing reliable, automated sewage processing. With a capacity to handle up to 30 people onboard, this system ensures that all wastewater is treated and discharged safely, fully compliant with IMO MEPC 227(64) standards.

The FBBR technology at its core ensures that organic waste is broken down naturally, reducing biological oxygen demand (BOD), suspended solids (TSS), and harmful bacteria. Here’s how it works:

• Bioreactor Stage – Wastewater enters the fixed bed biofilm reactor, where naturally occurring aerobic bacteria process and break down waste effectively.
• Settlement Tank with Tube Settlers – Solids are efficiently removed before the water is discharged.
• Chlorination & Dechlorination – The treated water is sterilized to remove bacteria and then neutralized before being released.

This system is fully automated, making it easy to operate with minimal crew intervention. Thanks to its compact modular design, installation is straightforward, even in engine rooms or machinery spaces with limited access.
