FBBR 12 – Sewage Treatment Plant (Up to 12 Persons)

The FBBR 12 Sewage Treatment Plant is built for medium-sized vessels that need a reliable, fully automated wastewater treatment system. Using Victor Marine’s biofilm reactor technology, this system efficiently breaks down sewage, reducing BOD, suspended solids, and harmful bacteria, ensuring IMO MEPC 227(64) compliance.

The three-stage treatment process guarantees thorough and environmentally safe wastewater disposal:

• Aerobic Bioreactor Chamber – This is where naturally occurring bacteria thrive, consuming organic waste and reducing contaminants.
• High-Efficiency Settlement Tank – Suspended solids are removed using tube settlers, minimizing sediment in the final discharge.
• Chlorination & Dechlorination Unit – Ensures complete disinfection and safe, neutral effluent discharge.
