FBBR Mini – Sewage Treatment Plant (Up to 8 Persons)

The FBBR Mini Sewage Treatment Plant is a small but powerful wastewater treatment system, specifically designed for smaller vessels like tugs, fishing boats, and offshore support vessels. Despite its compact size, it uses the same high-efficiency biofilm technology as larger models, ensuring fast and effective waste breakdown while meeting IMO MEPC 227(64) discharge standards.

This system is perfect for vessels that need a reliable sewage treatment solution without taking up too much space. It operates through a three-stage biological treatment process:

1. Bioreactor Chamber – Wastewater enters the fixed bed bioreactor, where naturally occurring bacteria break down organic matter, reducing biological oxygen demand (BOD).
2. Settlement Tank – Solids settle in a calm chamber, preventing unwanted particles from being discharged overboard.
3. Chlorination & Dechlorination Unit – The water is disinfected and neutralized, ensuring clean and safe discharge.
