Primus T35 Professional Marine Tumble Dryer

The Primus T35 Marine Tumble Dryer is a high-capacity professional drying solution suitable for demanding onboard laundry installations. With a capacity of up to 38 kg and a 680-litre drum, the T35 provides reliable drying performance for vessels that require efficient handling of larger laundry volumes.

Its large Ø930 mm galvanized drum and extra-large door opening make loading and unloading easier. In addition, radial airflow promotes efficient heat transfer throughout the drum, helping achieve effective drying with reduced cycle times and efficient energy use.

The T35 is suitable for demanding professional laundry environments onboard commercial vessels, offshore installations, ferries, cruise ships and other maritime applications.

Efficient Drying Performance

The Primus T35 combines a large-capacity drum with a powerful airflow of 1,200 m³/h. As a result, the dryer can efficiently process substantial laundry loads while maintaining consistent drying performance.

A self-cleaning lint screen also supports straightforward day-to-day operation and maintenance. Furthermore, the T35 is available with different heating configurations, allowing the equipment to match the technical requirements of the installation.

Flexible Heating Options

Depending on the project requirements, the Primus T35 can be configured with gas, steam or electric heating.

The electric version supports 3 × 380–415 V 50/60 Hz as well as 3 × 480 V 60 Hz configurations, while gas and steam versions provide further installation flexibility. Therefore, Marine Technic can help determine the appropriate configuration according to the vessel’s available utilities and technical requirements.

Sensodry® Residual Moisture Control

For applications requiring more precise drying, the T35 can be equipped with optional Sensodry® residual moisture control.

Sensodry® detects residual humidity as a percentage and allows the drying process to respond more accurately to the condition of the load. Consequently, delicate textiles can receive more controlled treatment while unnecessary over-drying can be reduced.

The option is available with Easy and Full Control configurations.

Professional Control Options

The T35 offers two control alternatives. The Easy-to-Use Microprocessor (ECT) provides intuitive operation with a simple selection of three programs.

Alternatively, the Full Control Programmer (FCT) provides a fully programmable timer and supports residual moisture control. An optional Wi-Fi kit is also available for connected laundry management.
