Description

The VEGASWING 66 is built for environments where standard level switches cannot operate. Designed for precise point level detection in liquids, this sensor functions dependably in conditions ranging from -196 °C to +450 °C and pressures up to 160 bar. Its robust tuning fork technology ensures reliable switching regardless of liquid density, viscosity, foam, or turbulence.

In marine and offshore applications, the VEGASWING 66 is ideal for overfill protection, pump dry-run prevention, and critical level monitoring in fuel systems, steam condensate lines, thermal oil loops, and LNG storage tanks. Its vibration-resistant design and non-moving internal components make it extremely durable and maintenance-free — a key advantage in high-vibration shipboard environments.

The sensor provides a product-independent switching point, eliminating the need for calibration and ensuring easy commissioning. Its wetted components are made from corrosion-resistant materials, offering long-term reliability even in aggressive or high-pressure systems found in the maritime and process industries.

Marine Technic supplies the VEGASWING 66 to shipbuilders, vessel operators, and offshore projects demanding extreme-condition sensors. With in-depth product knowledge and application expertise, Marine Technic ensures precise selection and reliable performance of VEGA instrumentation in the most critical marine systems.
