Internal the Machinery Part Cleaner is made of stainless steel plates and is well isolated in order to reduce the loss of heat and enable the machine to stay heated all day, ready for use. The energy loss at evaporation is reduced considerable as the machine is fitted with a steam reducer in the top, which opens for steam discharge when the machine is started.
The items are placed on the fixed grating which has a carrying capacity up to 1.350 kgs or for smaller items in a special designed basket, made of stainless steel.
The cleaning liquid is heated to the required temperature controlled by the fitted thermostat.
The machinery part cleaners are produced in 3 types: Type 201M, 203M and 204M.
